项目概况：目前，我国已开发盐业旅游的省份主要有四川和山西，而相对经济较发达、全国人口第一大省的河南省还是空白。随着河南旅游业的迅猛发展，利用中部地区仅有的叶县盐田，建设一座融观光考察、休闲度假、康体娱乐、美容养颜、旅游购物为一体的中国盐都旅游度假村，具有广阔的发展前景。
Project survey: Nowadays in China, salt industry tourism is developed mainly in Sichuan and Shanxi while it remains a blank in Henan, the largest province in population of China. With the fast development of Henan tourism industry, it will have wide prospect to use the only Yexian salt field in central plains to build a China Salt Capital Tourism Village integrating sight-seeing, investigation, recreation, vacationing, body-building, entertaining, beatifying, traveling and shopping.
投资规模及效益分析：项目总投资2.5亿万元，项目内容主要包括室内外漂浮浴养生馆、盐都宾馆、会议中心、娱乐保健中心、盐文化展览馆及购物中心等。建成后，年可接待游客10万人次以上，加上会议接待、住宿、餐饮等，年收入预计在5000万元，投资回收期6年左右。
Investment scale and benefit analysis: The total investment will be RMB250 million yuan. The project mainly includes indoor and outdoor floating health spa and beauty salon, Yandu Hotel, conference center, recreational and healthcare center, salt culture exhibition center and shopping center, etc. After the project is completed, the project can receive over 100000 men-times per year, and the total annual income will be RMB50 million yuan by estimate, together with the conference reception and accommodation. The payback period will be about 6 years.
