项目概况：三轮摩托车中有越来越多的零部件使用塑料制品。本地有丰富的原材料，又是全国知名的三轮摩托车生产基地，在此建设配套项目具有明显的产业优势。项目拟建于叶县产业集聚区。
Project Survey: More and more parts and fittings of three-wheeled motorcycle adopt plastics. It possesses obvious industrial advantage to start supporting project here because there are rich raw materials locally and it is also known as the production base for three-wheeled motorcycle in China. The project is planned to be set in Yexian Industrial Gathering Area.
投资规模及效益分析：总投资2000万元，年销售收入5000万元，利税400万元，投资回收期5年。生产规模为年产量3000吨，三轮摩托车、电动车、其它载货车驾驶室1500吨，整车塑件1500吨。
Investment scale and benefit analysis: The total investment will be RMB20 million yuan, sales income RMB50 million yuan, and profit and tax RMB4 million yuan. The payback period will be 5 years. The production scale will be annual output 3000t, driver’s cab for three-wheeled motorcycle, electric cycle and other trucks 1500t, and plastics for vehicle use 1500t.
