项目概况：叶县交通便利，经济发展迅猛，全县货物作业量达1000万吨左右，活跃的商品市场迫切需要建设一个大中型物流仓储中心。项目拟建于叶县产业集聚区。
Project survey: Yexian enjoys convenient traffic facilities and fast economic development. The goods throughput of the whole county reaches approximately 10 million tons. The active commodity market makes it urgent to build a large or medium logistics and storage center. The project is planned to be set in Yexian Industrial Gathering Area.
投资估算及效益分析：总投资3500万元，建设规模为室内仓储面积5000平方米，露天仓库面积10000平方米，配备物流配送车辆10辆。按月货物作业量1500万元概算，仓储费率10%，效益150万元，3年可收回投资。
Investment estimate and benefit analysis: The total investment will be RMB35 million yuan. The building scale will be 5000 m2 of interior area for storage, 10000m2 of open goods yard, equipped with 10 vehicles for logistics and goods distribution. Estimated according to RMB15 million yuan of goods throughput per month, and 10% of storage expenditure, and profit will be RMB1.5 million yuan. The payback period will be 3 years.
