项目概况：该新型建材产品在国内技术领先，节能、环保、耐寒、档次高，符合国家产业政策。目前聚氯乙烯多密封耐寒软硬共挤型材在本地尚无厂家生产，而本地有丰富的PVC树脂原料。该产品年需求量在10万吨以上。项目拟建于叶县产业集聚区。

Project survey: Being technologically advanced in China, energy-saving, environmental friendly, cold resistant and of high-grade, this new-type building material is in accordance with state policy. Up to now, there is no manufacturer locally producing PVC multiple-sealed cold resistant soft-hard coextrusion material; however, there is rich raw material of PVC resin locally. The annual demand of this product is over 100000t. The project is planned to be set in Yexian Industrial Gathering Area.

投资规模及效益分析：总投资1.6亿元，设计年生产（PVC）多密封耐寒软硬共挤型材10万吨。年销售收入11亿元，利税总额2.2亿元，投资回收期6年。

Investment scale and benefit analysis: The total investment will be RMB160 million yuan. The project will be designed as annual output of 100000t PVC multiple-sealed cold resistant soft-hard co-extrusions. The annual sales income will be RMB1.1 billion yuan, and profit and tax total RMB220 million yuan. The payback period will be 6 years.
